Personality??

So I took a personality test today and I found the results to be pretty accurate...Here are the results:

It said that I was a Builder/ Negotiator

About Your Personality
You tend to be traditional. Home, family, job and community are all central to you. You like being firmly embedded in your social and business groups and you feel deeply responsible for just about everyone around you. You can be fiercely protective of those you love.

You are skilled at managing people. You are sympathetic and cooperative; you are also hard working and display a good deal of caution and common sense. And you can be very patient. So you can complete detailed, painstaking jobs more easily than most people.

You enjoy building social relationships. You have excellent verbal and people skills. You are talented at achieving solutions to complex problems so that all involved feel fulfilled. You have a hard headed too. You tend to respect rules, schedules and routines.

You also see the big picture, have a fine imagination and can be remarkably intuitive. You like to play with ideas and examine the meaning of life. And because you have a genuine sense of community, you seek projects that enable you to contribute to a more stable world.

RELATING TO OTHERS
You are somewhat stoical. You believe that difficulties are inevitable. With this practical attitude, coupled with your dependable, cooperative and "can-do" spirit, you often become a central and effective player in your social and business networks. You are generally calm and entertaining, too, and always dedicated and reliable. And with your imagination and people skills, just about everybody likes you.

LOVE & RELATIONSHIPS
You are relaxed and easy to be with, so you attract a range of friends and admirers. But you are very picky. You are attracted to those who share your values; moral fiber in a partner is important to you. You also admire those who respect rules, schedules, and traditions. And you particularly admire those who have a sense of social responsibility--who spend their time and money on events that are charitable or strengthen family, business or the community ties. You see the big picture and see way down the road; so you like to prepare for the future. And although you enjoy people who play with ideas, your "true love" must complement you. You admire those who are direct, analytical, authentic and assertive and can enjoy your orderly and compassionate nature.

THINGS TO BE AWARE OF

1. You can be so modest and self effacing that some are likely to regard you as a door mat.
2. You can be critical of others. There is often more than one "right way" to do something.
3. Your caution can jeopardize your curiosity.

Yea it was pretty interesting..I've taken these before but this one was a lot more detailed and I couldn't even disagree with anything it said!! Well until next time folks

Twist Out

So I've come to realize that I like wearing my hair in twist outs better than the wash and go curly state, I guess I just like that it gives me more volume. I am so proud of my hair it's growing beautifully and thatwas definitely something I was worried about because I definitely dont want short hair I want to let it grow grow grow....it cracks me up cause people always ask me so what are you gonna do with it now? Umm..grow it lol I mean what am I supposed to do with it? I also get asked so when are you going to flat iron it again...but people fail to realize that the whole point of me cutting my hair and going natural was to make my hair healthier, stop using heat on it, and not conform to the "regular" wrap Thats boring to me, I feel like my personality and who I am as a person has changed and my hair came along with it=) I'm not gonna let a flat iron touch my hair until October 10, 2010 for my 1 year natural anniversary just to see how much its grown...wow I'm getting all off topic I'll save that for another post...but I just wanted to share my photos of my fav hair style...I feel like im getting better at it, it just becomes kind of hard to twist the back so it doesnt come out as well

This one was right after I washed I thought the curls were cute lol (rolling eyes @ myself)

For my two strand twist I did it right after I washed my hair and put in leave in conditioner, I've tried it on dry hair and thats fine to but I like the results of doing it on wet or slightly damp hair and this time I did do thhe twists alot smaller than usual and I loved the results...I used Cantu Shea Butter Grow Strong Strengthing Treatment>>>>>>>
I left the twists in for 2 days and just wore a Beret when I had to leave home and I untwisted them all and hear are the results

The Final Look!

Hopefully I can start make video tutorials soon! That would loads of fun!
Until Next Time
